About the Role
Our organisation is dedicated to work for the overall improvement of girls including education, sanitation, health, income generation, AIDS awareness and other major issues. We make the underprivileged girl children capable so that they can compete and come at-par with this fast-growing community. Girl gives a shape to this civilisation; hence, our NGO works hard to provide better health, education and basic necesities to them. We have a team of teachers, medical practitioners and other volunteers, who wholeheartedly work for the betterment of deprived girls. We also focus on providing proper medical facilities to the children. With the assistance of the volunteers, we have been able to arrange the basic necessities for the girls. Our team members work to stop exploitation against the girl child. We work as a team for the betterment of impoverished girls.

EXPERIENCE: 0 TO 1
EDUCATION: B.ED
SKILLS: Teaching and Management
CTC: Rs. 1.8 Lacs pa
Teach Poor & Needy Children of under the age of 14
Manage all the related activities related to center as per instructions from Head Office
Attract new Children for the Non-Formal Education (NFE) Center.
Keep the Drop out Rate minimum,
Track the students who left the centre and counsel them to re-enrol them.
Monitor their progress and provide them with hand-holding support for education.
Arranging Refreshment, Stationary, etc. items which are needed for NFE Center program
And to perform all such related activities which are required in Day to Day running of the NFE Center
