JOB SUMMARY: Will be responsible for IT support on the floor. He will handle/address all/any IT issues in the location as well as support AM/DM/ Manager – IT. Good Communication skills.
REPORTS TO : AM / DM / Manager – IT
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
1. Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
2. Troubleshooting & quickly give solutions to IT related problems.
3. Disk Space management on all the Servers, follow checklist's, and maintain all reports including Downtime report
4. Respond to Help Desk requests
5. Repairing / upgrading PC hardware and software
6. Maintaining inventory of hardware & software
7. Meeting job requirements on a timely basis
8. Effectiveness & Accuracy
9. Work in a Team
10. Meeting deadlines & Managing resources
11. Interacting with Vendors / Vendor Engineers for Hardware solutions/requirements.
