About the Role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Adherence to daily Production plan
2. Effective Manpower utilisation to achieve daily production target
3. Ensure material availability on line
4. Highlighting concerns related to Material / manpower/machine
5. To achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line
4. To minimize rework / rejection on line
5. Guide / operate machines online when required
6. To do Minor machine breakdown / sets as per plan
7. To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities
8. Ensure proper PPE usages by line operators
9. Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start up, first piece flow inspection etc
10. To do Kaizens to improve productivity
11. To educate / train / guide operators wrt safety/quality requirements of line
12. To support in implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities
13. Any other task entrusted by your seniors
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage Production activities of lines with adherence to daily production plan ensuring material and manpower planning and getting line output with respect to quantity and quality

Daily Productivity (Plan Vs Actual)
OEE (Desired Vs Achieved)
FTT (First Time Right)
Safety-Zero Incidents / Accidents
MSES System (JH, TPM,TQM)
Staff reporting:
Direct Reports: -10-12 operators

Qualifications – DME/BE
Experience – DME with 5 to 6 yrs or
BE with 3 to 4 yrs of experience in Automobile industries
