Ø Technical support to supplier for fixture and tools manufacturing.
Ø Technical discussion with commercial team for supplier nomination.
Ø Coordinate with proto team and CMM to build the proto samples and achieve the customer requirements and standards
Ø Providing the manufacturing process flow to proto team for proto built
Ø Improvement of fixture manufacturing to reduce the machining time and cost effective.
Ø In house fixtures and tools manufacturing for proto samples.
Ø Manufacturing feasibility and dimensional review
Ø Feasibility checking of robot welding process using catia software.
Ø Supplier follows up for welding fixtures and tools for part trail at supplier end.
Ø SMIL Standards Established for fixture costing.
Ø Cost saving through obsolete fixture to convert the up coming proto projects
