About the Role
Experience : Min 5 to 7 years with a background in QMS / MR / Improvements / similar role in automobile industry
Qualifications : Engineering degree (BE) in Mechanical / Automobile or equivalent professional qualification
Main Responsibilities
•Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner related to region.
•Close coordinating with PH / HOD’s for the action points / improvements as per the direction.
•Follow up the meeting action points with concern members and report the status.
•Follow up and ensure closure of critical action points related to plant & HO.
•Support in implementing system procedures and ensuring its adherence through periodic audits.
•Monthly checklist for plant PH / HOD’s to be completed, verified and documented as per plan.
•Organize and manage office documents related to the internal & Head office.
•Travelling between interunits and implementation of best practices between plants.
•To guide & support the relevant team member regarding the requirements of the executive.
•Collecting data, analyzing and reporting the summary.

•Critical action points follow up and completion as per the plan.
•Cross implementation of best practices / improvements between interunits.
•Support and monitoring the monthly check list for PH and HOD’s.
•SOP’s Audit plan vs actual.
