About the Role
1.To ensure Preventive maintenance is accomplished and documented in a disciplined manner
2. To maintain machine history cards for all machines & equipment's
3. To provide uninterrupted Utility services
4. To ensure that all safety equipment are installed and available in operating order 5. Maintain & monitor inventories of spares
6. To monitor energy cost and prepare action plan for cost saving
7. To plan for corrective/preventive actions for repeated failures
8. To educate the operators for not changing or interfering with the safety devices
9. To plan for spare parts required for critical machines
10. To maintain the documents related to IATF 16949 & QMS
11. To learn and support implement TPM in shop floor
12. To co-operate & co-ordinate with internal customers of maint hod
