About the Role

Job Purpose: To manage the stores activities and co-ordinate with production dept. for smooth functioning of production


Job Responsibilities:

1. To ensure smooth and proper transaction of materials in stores.

2. To ensure and implement Inventory control measures

3. To ensure and monitor Gate entry Vs MRN Report on daily basis

4. To ensure the FIFO is maintained in the store department.

5. Reconciliation and monitoring of high value items like Bricks etc.

6. Daily material shortage report to purchase for further procurements.

7. To ensure proper Receipt and issue of all material (RM, BOP, FOC Job work etc)

8. To maintain Stores dept as per IATF & QMS requirement.

9.To support in implementation of TPM & 5S activities

10 Any other task entrusted by your supervisor

  1. Stock Variance analysis

  2. Inventory management (Min Max level)

  3. Gate entry Vs GRN

  4. FIFO

  5. MSES System (TPM,TQM)
