Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms
Design basic creatives, reels, posts, and promotional content
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy
Support execution of social media campaigns and content calendars
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement
Track social media performance metrics and prepare basic reports
Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas, branding, and campaigns
Assist in promoting podcasts, events, webinars, and employer branding initiatives
Required Skills
Strong interest in social media marketing and digital branding
Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or design platforms
Good communication and content writing skills
Creativity and understanding of social media trends
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
Eligibility
Students or freshers pursuing/completed Marketing, Mass Communication, MBA, BBA, or related fields
Prior internship/project experience in social media is a plus
