ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for energetic, growth-driven, and relationship-oriented Business Development Executives who are passionate about sales, communication, and helping professionals discover learning opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in interacting with clients, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential learners and clients through calls, emails, and online platforms
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions
Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound activities
Build strong relationships with prospective customers
Follow up consistently to drive conversions and achieve sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales updates
