KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Analysis
Do deep market and competitor research
Study user behavior and find gaps or opportunities
Prepare clear insights that guide product direction
Use prompt engineering to extract accurate data and improve AI-driven research quality
Product Documentation
Create BRD, SRS, flowcharts, user stories, UML diagrams
Build simple wireframes and guide Figma designers with the right structure
Convert raw ideas into polished documents that any team can follow
Technical Understanding
Have hands-on knowledge of fullstack technologies
Understand feasibility of features before development begins
Support developers and testers by breaking requirements into clear tasks
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with content writers, designers, developers, testers, marketing and management
Ensure every team knows what to do, when to do it and how it connects with the final goal
Maintain proper task normalization so work moves smoothly without overload or confusion
Execution & Delivery
Track progress across all teams
Solve blockers before they turn into delays
Make sure every feature, flow and document is delivered on time
Required Skills
Strong research mindset
Good understanding of product development
Fullstack knowledge (basic to intermediate is fine)
Experience creating product documents like BRD, SRS, user stories
Ability to guide Figma designers with wireframes and structure
Strong communication skills
Good team leadership skills
Prompt engineering skills to improve research, planning and documentation with AI tools
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams at the same time
High ownership and responsibility towards timelines
