Job Summary:
The Marketing and Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day administrative operations. This dual role ensures smooth office functioning, assists in executing marketing campaigns, and contributes to brand growth and organizational efficiency.

Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.
Manage social media accounts and monitor online engagement and analytics.
Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
Maintain and update company website and digital assets.
Support content creation and marketing communications.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as employee records, petty cash, and invoicing.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, administration, or similar roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite).
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
Positive attitude, creativity, and a proactive approach.
