Job Summary:

The Marketing and Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day administrative operations. This dual role ensures smooth office functioning, assists in executing marketing campaigns, and contributes to brand growth and organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.

  • Manage social media accounts and monitor online engagement and analytics.

  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.

  • Maintain and update company website and digital assets.

  • Support content creation and marketing communications.


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and facilities to ensure smooth daily functioning.

  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

  • Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as employee records, petty cash, and invoicing.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications as needed.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, administration, or similar roles (fresh graduates may be considered).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite).

  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

  • Positive attitude, creativity, and a proactive approach.
