JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Market Analysis
Understand market trends and monitor competitive activities in the region through primary voice of customers and secondary research.
Maintain close familiarity with changing market conditions and competitive dynamics through regular contact with key & potential customers.
To report on key findings on regular market conditions and adhoc research projects.
The market analysis work will revolve closely around providing critical insights and recommendations for new business, new product and/or new market development.
Recommends strategies for increasing penetration of underserved markets to drive sales direction and activities.
Marketing Plan Development & Execution
Develop marketing plans/programs with strategies and tactics to accelerate sales penetration in line with business plan.
Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Maintains records of campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Manage marketing budget resourcefully to achieve high impact on sales growth and ROI.
Branding & Communication
Develop digital marketing plan which encompass holistic use of social
Develop digital marketing plan which encompass holistic use of social media and search marketing, ensuring full integration with all other efforts across company’s portfolio.
Maintain consistent brand identity in line with global branding guideline.
Play an active role in building brand awareness and presence.
Liaise with internal and external creative house to develop sales tool /collaterals.
Organize webinars/exhibitions/sales promotion.
Additional Skills:
Adobe: Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, graphic design. Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphic design. Adobe InDesign: Layout design for digital and print materials.
CRM Management: Managing customer relationships and interactions. Creating and managing marketing campaigns within Salesforce. Marketing Automation: Integration with tools like Pardot or Marketing Cloud.
Data Analysis: Using Salesforce/PowerBI to track and analyze customer data and campaign performance.
SEO and SEM: Optimizing content for search engines
Professional
Degree holder preferred
experience in B2B marketing in a MNC environment
strong oral & written communication skills in English
