Job Responsibilities
Support existing customers assigned by company
Maintaining Good customer relationship and Internal relations
Customer demand forecast and Inventory Planning
Making Quotations.
Customer Order Processing
Customer OTD order execution
Customer Credit control
Customer complaint handling, RMA coordination
Documentation and filing per ISO / TS requirement
Supporting Marketing activities
Conducting Exhibitions & Seminars
Marketing Media co-ordination
B 2 B Portals registration
Handling online enquiries
Monitor GGB Brand presence
Administration Tasks
Continue to embrace, implement and analyse gaps toward the path of excellence in our commercial activities
1 Application of SAP/ERP/Power BI systems
2 Global perspective and co-ordination
3 Ease of doing Business
Qualification:
· Basic command on English (both written and reading) , Communication skill
· Min 3-5 years experience in Customer support as Key Accounts Management
· Strong Knowledge of SAP system, on hand experience
· Flexible and customer oriented
· Good at data analysis, reporting
· Good command on excel, word.
· Strong experience with import and export Procedures
· Experience in supporting marketing activities
Nice to have
· Knowledge of Indian Tax system
· Operating Tally software
· MBA with marketing specialization
· Knowledge of Quality systems and documentation
