Candidate would be responsible to address all employee queries pertaining to company policies and procedures.
Maintaining employee records in physical and digital formats.
Able to tactfully handle employee queries related to salary structure, benefits, leaves, attendance, etc.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees across levels within the organization.
Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must.
Employee Attendance Management & Control leave policies.
Should handle general administration work.
Good presentation Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently & handle work pressure efficiently.
