Requirements

SKILL SETS:

  • Preferred experience with SAP & Tally Softwares

  • Experience with import & export and taxation

  • Experience in supporting marketing activities

  • Knowledge of Quality Systems & documentation

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

SUPPORT NEW CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT:

  • assist field sales for RFQ handling and quotation creation

  • Sample coordination

  • New Customer acquisition over phone

  • Enquiry processing and Quotation to small accounts

  • New customer setting up in system

 

SALES ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Sales Order Entry & Preparation & submission of Proforma invoice

  • Purchase order request for different identities and follow-up/expedite delivery

  • Shipment planning, PO processing in special cases to identities

  • Identify Parts for Processing with local vendors and arrange for work order

  • Ensure issue of transport related documents

  • Preparation of COC(Certificate of conformance), documentation of required material certificates

  • Attend customers visting office

  • Circulate sales report to team periodically

  • ISO Documentation

  • Use ERP System according to GGBs expectations and ensure this tool is used according to the given guideline

  • Can see the big pic, proactively coordinate activities cross functionally or with GGB global as they relate to applicable accounts

  • Challenge and take initiatives to improve the current process, and achieve better customer experience

  • Be innovative and creative to enhance the ability of business development and customer oriented solutions

 

QUALIFICATION:

  • Basic command on English (both written and reading) 

  • 8+ years experience in customer service and inside sales role in a manufacturing environment

  • Good communication skill

  • Flexible and customer oriented

  • Good at data analysis, reporting

  • Good command on excel, word.

  • Knowledge of Indian Tax systems
