About the event
- Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to product scripting in all customer communications.
- To attend and respond to customer chat or emails and written request when required.
- Fault resolution and raising tickets to the respective departments.
- Manage and maintain product related data bases in line with process KPIs.
- Ensure quality of data capture from customers.
- Support all other departments with any other specific business tasks.
